Rooms are available from 4pm but can be made available earlier with prior agreement. Check out should be before 10.30am
Bookings
Bookings can be made directly on our website, by telephone, letter or email with a deposit equal to cost of first nights stay being forwarded within a week.
Payment policy
We ask for a one night deposit to secure your booking. Bookings made on-line with debit or credit cards using our secure website, will have one nights deposit processed automatically. For telephone or email bookings, the deposit can be paid by BACS transfer or by cheque made payable to Stoneborough House.
The balance is due on departure. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque, debit or credit card. (We are unable to accept AMEX or Diners Club cards).
Prices are per room per night and include Full English breakfast and all taxes.

Cancellation policy
If cancellation occurs more than one week prior to the reservation, your deposit, will be refunded to the card from which payment was made. Cancellation within seven days of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited. We will endeavour to relet the accommodation on your behalf and if successful will refund your deposit. To avoid loss of deposit we recommend that our guests take out insurance against cancellation.
